This month, I celebrate not only a birthday, but the anniversary of going full-time with Footprints in Pixie Dust.  It has been an amazing year – one filled with adventure, treasured memories, excitement, friendship and personal reward.  I’ve learned so much about myself and others and have had the opportunity to see my stories and our family’s experiences impact others in a positive way.  Sounds like a cause to celebrate – right?  Well, I found the perfect way to honor my own special moments by adding a beautiful wood watch from JORD to my personal accessories collection.

Celebrating Special Moments in Life

Over the past twelve months, I’ve watched numbers climb and exposure increase.  At the same time, and more importantly, I’ve watched my connections strengthened and my purpose solidified.  I realized I had a story to tell that others wanted to hear and, in turn, I wanted to hear theirs so that we could build a community and support each other.  Whether it was a family issue, a positive food allergy experience, a place we visited or a movie we watched, so many people found a way to relate and engage ~ THAT is what has made the hard work worth every second.

And now, with one year down, I cannot WAIT to see what transpires in the next!

FINDING A WAY TO MARK THE OCCASION

Since the anniversary does coincide with my birthday (which was actually very intentional, by the way), I felt that something special needed to be done to properly commemorate the occasion and accomplishments.

Just as I was beginning to think about what would make me smile or be the perfect acknowledgement, JORD Watches contacted me and wanted to work together.

When I received my Cora Kora & Rose Gold watch, I fell in love with it instantly.  The rose colored face is stunningly beautiful with small embedded jewels that simply add a touch of elegance.   The band, made with the finest grained golden koa wood with rich rose tones, is the perfect blend of minimalist and elegance for me.  Its hue truly reminds me of the beauty a summer sunset.

Delivered in Style

The watch arrived in a gorgeous cedar humidor box (free with purchase) and was nestled on a small pillow inside the piece of wooden art.  Accompanying the watch was a cleaning cloth and a six month supply of JORD Preserve in the form of an applicator pen.  I love that the box also has a drawer at the bottom that slides out with ease and can hold the applicator pen or any other piece of jewelry that I feel may accompany my watch best.
