All right, Marvel fans! I know this has been one of those anticipated trailers of late. My boys started hounding me to show them as soon as I mentioned it was in my inbox. So, are you ready for a glimpse of what Captain Marvel will be bringing us this March?

My four boys are huge Marvel fans. Yes, that includes the big guy! I can remember hearing them talk a little about the character as the Avengers series began. However, they waited patiently to see if they would bring her into the saga. Sure enough, here we are waiting for the movie’s release. I honestly cannot tell you how quickly the level of excitement is building around here!
About the movie…
Set in the 1990s, Marvel Studios’ CAPTAIN MARVEL is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that follows the journey of Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes. While a galactic war between two alien races reaches Earth, Danvers finds herself and a small cadre of allies at the center of the maelstrom.
The film stars Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Djimon Hounsou, Lee Pace, Lashana Lynch, Gemma Chan, Rune Temte, Algenis Perez Soto, Mckenna Grace, with Annette Bening, with Clark Gregg, and Jude Law. Marvel Studios’ CAPTAIN MARVEL is produced by Kevin Feige and directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck. Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Jonathan Schwartz, Patricia Whitcher and Stan Lee are the executive producers. The story is by Nicole Perlman and Joe Shrapnel & Anna Waterhouse, and the screenplay is by Anna Boden & Ryan Fleck and Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Jac Schaeffer.
So, tell me, friends…
To be honest, I had no clue this character existed until this past year…are YOU a Captain Marvel fan? What are you thoughts about this movie’s upcoming release? I hear she is quite a powerful character ~ even more so than Thor (though I guess that’s debatable with Stormbreaker, says my middle son)!! Talk about girl power, though, right?

How long do you have to wait after it has been released in the states? It must be agony sometimes to be that patient with anticipated films. I’d go nuts….
Most of the time the media don’t really make a fuss until it’s released so we don’t know what we are missing. It’s less time to wait than it used to be probably because of pirating. We are still are a bit slow though 😩
